Notes to beneficiaries of short-term internships (Central Services) 2024/2025

Note 1 :

  1. Internships cannot be taken during the vacation period.
  2. In accordance with the reminder indicated in Decree 255 of February 25, 2024 (Article 6), all internships must be taken before 12/31/2024.
    No postponement is authorized for any reason whatsoever (even that of non-obtaining of visa).
  3. Internships must be carried out within the framework of agreements established between Oran1 University and other international universities (Decree No. 255, Article 12)
  4. The application file to be submitted to the VRRE includes
    • a. Agreement (responsibility of the VRRE establishment)
    • b. Work certificate and tenure decision
    • c. Authenticated university degree (Copy)

NB :

  • Candidates who already have an invitation letter must verify that it comes from an institution with which Oran1 University already has an agreement (see international interuniversity agreements, before any submission to Ms. RAHAOUI). The deadline for submission for these applicants is Sunday, June 9, 2024.
  • Candidates without a host letter must approach Ms. FOUATIH to register on the list of applicants to be handled by the VRRE. The deadline to register on the list of applicants is Monday, June 10, 2024.

Note 2 :

File to be submitted after return from internship

  1. Internship report duly signed by the host institution (Objectives and results recorded), also indicating the place, period and persons contacted.
  2. Passport copy with entry and exit visa (PAF).

Note 3 :

Accepted candidates for an internship are informed that the deadline for submitting the complete file with or without a host letter is Monday, June 10, 2024.

Candidates for an internship are informed that files that do not comply with Decree No. 255 of February 2024 (decision to check the grade and copy of diploma to verification that it is a university degree, certificate of function) will be returned to their owner with a letter addressed to the hierarchical superior who signed the grid.

Note 4 :

The complete internship file with the documents in accordance with Decree No. 255 of 02/25/2024 must be deposited at the VRRE for the attention of the Vice-Rector of the VRRE.

Reminder : Internships must be taken in accordance with the period indicated in the decision and before 12/31/2025.

  • No internship can be postponed to the following year for any reason whatsoever
  • No internship can be taken during the winter vacation period (all universities are closed)
