IPTICAR
Twinning Project (EU-Funded)
The
University of Oran 1 is also preparing the IPTICAR Twinning Project,
funded by the European Union and coordinated by the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad and African Affairs.
The project
aims to strengthen institutional cooperation and facilitate the transfer of
European expertise while finalizing the technical specifications and
preparatory procedures prior to its official launch.
