Event Organization

• National Colloquium

The organization of national events requires the local agreement of the institution.

The file must be submitted 3 months before the event date (CSF date as proof).

• International Colloquium

The parameters allowing different scientific events to meet international standards in this matter are:

1. Establish a scientific committee in which research professors from renowned universities will be integrated. At least five (05) countries must be represented (Note 98/DCEU/2022 of February 15, 2022).
2. Imperatively associate the socio-economic sector, capable of enriching the event and ensuring the required socio-economic impact.
3. Accompanying foreigners to obtain their visa.
4. Give the scientific event credibility and international visibility via its online publication.

The file must be submitted 6 months before the date of the in-person international event and 3 months for the remote international event.
