The sub-directorate ensures the development of an annual program taking into account the celebration of religious and national occasions as well as world days in coordination with student clubs, in addition to various cultural and scientific activities such as lectures, seminars and intellectual competitions such as Science Day, etc.

Provides animation, management and supervision of various individual sports programs such as athletics, table tennis and chess, and team sports such as football, volleyball, basketball and handball, with the aim of maintaining the student's physical fitness and enabling them to connect with nature, enjoy the outdoors and express their physical energy, which will ensure psychological well-being as well as the development of the student's intellectual capacities, and to organize competitions between students to create motivation and will, these activities being organized by the directorate in coordination with the various sports clubs of the faculties and the university in general.
