About the Erasmus+ Program
The Erasmus+ program allows students, teachers, and administrative staff to carry out a mobility period in a partner institution of Oran 1 Ahmed Ben Bella University in another European country.
The new Erasmus+ program aims to support actions in the fields of education, training, youth, and sport for the period 2014–2020.
Objectives of ERASMUS+
Erasmus+ contributes to the Europe 2020 Strategy to boost growth, employment, social equity, and inclusion, as well as to the objectives of the Education and Training 2020 framework.
Erasmus+ also aims to promote sustainable development in partner countries in the field of higher education and to contribute to the objectives of the EU youth strategy.

- Promoting adult education and labor-market-relevant skills
- Encouraging youth participation in democratic life in Europe
- Supporting innovation, cooperation, and reforms
- Reducing early school leaving
- Promoting cooperation and mobility with EU partner countries
Who Can Participate?
The Erasmus+ program targets a wide range of individuals and organizations. Eligibility criteria vary depending on the action and the country involved. Participating countries are divided into two main categories:
- Program countries that can participate in all Erasmus+ actions
- Partner countries that may participate in specific actions under certain conditions
