The partner universities of the program have defined a selection procedure based on :
- Academic and / or scientific excellence
- The equivalence of studies (for Bachelor – Master)
- The quality of the candidate's mobility project (relevance / feasibility)
- Pre-requisites and linguistic ability
- The candidate's motivation
- The candidate's commitment to return to his home institution at the end of his mobility period
The cover letter is an important element of the application file, so it must be concise, precise and include the following criteria :
- The catchphrase (a cover letter is not a CV : it must be accompanying and reflect the motivation of the applicant),
- The added value of mobility
- The impact that mobility will have on the applicant,the form,
- Writing
It is preferable to use the Curriculum Vitae "CV Europass" (download the model)
For doctoral students :
- Existence of a host research laboratory at the host university.
- Certificate of an internship granted and not consumed signed by the Vice-Dean in charge of post-graduation or the head of department of the faculty
- Give preference to students enrolled in the second year of a PhD.
Elimination criteria :
- For Bachelor / Master & Doctorate level students: files are eliminated : :
- Incomplete,·
- One of whose forms is empty,
- Whose candidates do not belong to Oran 1 University Ahmed Ben Bella,
- Whose candidates applied in a category that does not correspond to their profile,
- Whose candidates (License and Master) have been brought to the disciplinary council.
- For which the "Learning Agreement" has not been completed and signed by the Vice-Dean in charge of post-graduation or the head of department of the faculty.
- Including the candidate to benefit from an unused mobility grant
- For academic staff (teachers) & administrative staff: files are eliminated :
- Incomplete,
- Whose candidates do not belong to Oran 1 University Ahmed Ben Bella,
- Including the candidate to benefit from an unused mobility grant.
