Basic Rules
Each university institution has the right to participate with two groups.
Each participating group is composed of three (03) students.
Projects must take the form of innovative creations in the field of sustainable development.
Registration is done by filling out the form to represent each group.
The participation authorization must be signed by the vice-rector of external relations of the university institution.
Registration is done via the website (Send the signed form through its dedicated place on the team page).
No form received after the deadline will be considered.
The absence of a member of the group penalizes the group (elimination of the entire group).
Confirmation of participation for the entire group must be made 12 hours before the event.
Participants must be equipped with the participation authorization signed by the vice-rector of external relations, in addition to their student ID card.
Participants must be students of the university for the current academic season.
Participation is available in three languages: Arabic, French, and English.
The national competition will take place from April 07th to 08th, 2025, with the participants' reception on April 06th, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM.
The deadline for submitting participation forms is set for March 10th, 2025.
S.H.E.S.E.M 2025 runs from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM the following day.
After the registration phase, all registered participants will be contacted via email by the concerned administration to confirm their participation.
Registration starts from February 23, 2025 until March 10, 2025 at midnight.
After registration, an email will be sent containing the team's password (Teams -> Login).
